Base rate (1-2 guests):
Monday-Friday, $140 NZD per night
Saturday-Sunday, $150 NZD per night
Extra guests:
$30 NZD per person, per night
Cleaning fee:
$60 NZD per booking
Weekly discount:
10%
Monthly discount:
25%
Minimum two night stay per booking.
Maximum occupancy per night is 4 people.
The cleaning fee is waived when booking three nights or more.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) does not apply.
